Justin Haley (11) said he was trying to formulate his plan, but “you know, team orders”… “he was trying to relay to Kevin Hamlin that Jeb Burton needed to be the one to make the move, not (me)”.

Okay. That interview was….overly frank? I guess, for them, team orders are expected in a NASCAR Xfinity series race. I guess that explains so much of the disappointing ‘racing’ displayed in the series for the past few seasons.

The Kaulig boys tried to block anyone else from gaining position at the end by racing side-by-side. Allgaier made a smart move pushing the 16 of AJ Allmendinger and getting third as a result.

The race was okay. It had moments of interest. The team orders leave a bad taste in my mouth, but it is what it is.

Justin Allgaier (7) said he had an electrical issue today and had to shut off all the fans in order to run with everybody. He said he had a fast car but was just a little bit down on power.
