2018 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Race Twenty-Two Phoenix

Noah Gragson (18) and Justin Haley (24) will lead the field to green. The stages for this evening are 40-40-70. This is the first time the teams and drivers have tackled the newly configured track, formerly known as Phoenix Raceway, now known as ISM Raceway. There has been a lot of chatter about team members – drivers and spotters – calling turns and areas of the track by old names or using relative descriptions to describe them. One spotter mentioned on MRN that he called a turn by the old name which confused everyone so he started calling it the turn heading into the sun. It sounds like it could be a challenging weekend for the guys on the headsets.

Caution on lap 28 of 150 as Todd Gilliland (4), Jason White (33) and Tyler Ankrum (17) spin.

John Hunter Nemechek (8) wins the race off pit road and will lead the field to green with Harrison Burton alongside.

The red flag is out for fluid on the entire track 22:00 eastern.

Justin Haley says the oil line broke on his truck taking him out of tonight’s race. When his crew pushed the truck to the garage a large puddle of oil remained in the pit stall.
