JGR&#8217;s penalties were basically overturned by the NASCAR Appeals Board dropping the points hit from 50 to 23, returning the race win, lowering the suspensions from 6 races to 1. The monetary penalty remained, but everything else was turned to a slap on the wrist.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Darlington. Night race. Mostly boring. Some action off and on, but a whole lot of riding around and logging laps too. KyBu and Kasey Kahne got together again and Kasey ended up wrecked &#8211; again. Kasey was less than pleased during a post-race interview.<\/p>\n<p>After leading the most laps, KyBu got a right front tire issue late in the race and fell back through the field to finish sixth. He refused interviews walking stoically to his motorcoach.
