Caution on lap 62 of 267 for a crash by Austin Dillon (3). Looked like he had help from behind. Of course with the horrible NBC coverage the car number of the of the car that appears to hit Dillon in the left rear is not visible in the replay of the incident. Dillon was in the inside lane and was turned into the outside wall.<\/p>\n

Restarting on lap 71 of 267 with Martin Truex Jr. (19), William ‘WilliB’ Byron (24), Brad ‘It’ Keselowski (6), Chris Buescher (17), Tyler ‘TyRed’ Reddick (45), ‘Desperate’ Denny Hamlin (11), Christopher ‘CBell’ Bell (20), Kyle Larson (5) up front. Martin ‘MTJ’ Truex Jr (19) gets the early lead.<\/p>\n

Restarting on lap 87 of 267 with ‘Desperate’ Denny Hamlin (11), Ty ‘MyGrandfatherIsTeamOwnerJoeGibbs’ Gibbs (54), Corey LaJoie (51), Chase Elliott (9), Alex Bowman (48), Joey Logano (22), Christopher ‘CBell’ Bell (20), Martin ‘MTJ’ Truex Jr. (19) at the front of the field.<\/p>\n

Caution on lap 89 of 267 for a crash involving Tyler ‘TyRed’ Reddick (45), Chase Elliott (9), Martin ‘MTJ’ Truex Jr (19), Brad ‘It’ Keselowski (6) and Ryan Blaney (12). Austin Cindric (2) spins behind them. MTJ hits Chase sending him into TyRed, both spin down into the inside grass and Reddick’s car rolls in the grass.<\/p>\n

PRN reports Chase Elliott says this car is bad. I don’t have confidence driving it at speed.<\/p>\n

Restarting on lap 96 of 267 Ty Gibbs (54), Joey Logano, (22), Christopher Bell, (20), Martin Truex Jr. (19), Alex Bowman (48), Denny Hamlin (11) up front. Gibbs gets the early lead.<\/p>\n

On lap 106 of 267 Chase Elliott (9) drives the car to the garage area. PRN reports there’s damage to the under-carriage of the 9 car that they will repair in the garage and try to get Chase Elliott back on th track.<\/p>\n

Green flag pit stops underway on lap 120 of 267.<\/p>\n

Chastain and Gibbs serve speeding penalties.<\/p>\n

Kyle Larson (5) had a slow pit stop with the rear tire changer getting waved back to the right side of the car. They appeared to tighten the lug nut after the car was jacked up again. Larson returned to pit road and replaced the left rear tire.<\/p>\n

On 164 of 267 Todd Gilliland (38) pits with smoke trailing from his car. Looks like his may have lost a ritre.<\/p>\n

Christopher ‘CBell’ Bell (20) wins stage two.<\/p>\n

Restarting on lap 172 of 267 with Christopher ‘CBell’ Bell (20), Martin ‘MTJ’ Truex Jr. (19), William ‘WilliB’ Byron (24), Chris Buescher (17), Joey Logano (22), Justin Haley (7), Alex Bowman (48), Darrell ‘Bubba’ Wallace (23) at the front of the field. CBell gets the early lead.<\/p>\n

Caution on lap 193 of 267 for a spin by Ty Gibbs after contact with the wall.<\/p>\n

Restarting on lap 198 of 267 with CBell (20), MTJ (19), WilliB (24), Alex Bowman (48), Chris Buescher (17), Justin Haley (7), Kyle ‘KyBu’ Busch (8) and Logano (22) out front heading to the green flag. CBell gets the early lead.<\/p>\n

Boring, boring, boring, boring boring, with deeply awful television coverage. Lots of video of the track surface, the outside wall, the sky, various pitboxes with a guy watching the race, and various car interiors. Dreadful.<\/p>\n

Joey Logano (22) wins.<\/p>\n

That was a boring race, badly broadcasted. Fuel-mileage events are boring to watch since people rarely run out of fuel. I’m pleased with the winner.<\/p>\n

Wendy Venturini and Doug Rice are exchanging compliments on PRN recalling when she started at PRN a decade ago.<\/p>\n
