On lap 1 of 82 NBCSports has already started with the gimmick camera shocks; showing the view from inside a car for no apparent reason.<\/p>\n

On lap 4 of 82 the field is mostly single-file.<\/p>\n

Kyle Busch (10) is pitting on lap 5 of 82 under green. MRN’s Steve ‘Postman\/Postie’ Post reports it may be an overheating issue.<\/p>\n

On lap 15 of 82 the leader is 3.955 seconds ahead of second position. MRN reports the strategy for leader Ty ‘LittleJoe’ Gibbs (19) is to get more than four seconds ahead, then begin saving fuel.<\/p>\n

Stage one ends with Gibbs (19) 4.053 seconds ahead of second position.<\/p>\n

Caution on lap 21 of 82 for Ryan Ellis (43) stopped on the track. MRN reports there are reports of oil all over the track in the esses.<\/p>\n

The restart was called off. Josh Williams (92) has a smashed front of his car and is smoking headed to pit road.<\/p>\n

Brett Moffitt (25) is on pit road. They say they think there’s something in the rear-end, possibly with the axle so Brett is backing the car down pit lane headed for the garage so the team can look into the issue.<\/p>\n

The safety trucks are putting down speedi-dry heavily in turns six and seven, likely from the Josh Williams car.<\/p>\n

Restarting on lap 26 of 82 with Ty Gibbs (19) and Alex Bowman (17) on the front row.<\/p>\n

Caution on lap 30 of 82 for debris. Kaz Grala (26) ran through the grass and a couple of signs throwing grass, sign and other debris onto the track.<\/p>\n

Riley Herbst (98) is on pit road. He has a broken track bar according the MRN’s Steve Post. Reportedly he will go to the garage. He is on the track as Gibbs (19) heads to the green and white checkered flag at the end of stage two. NASCAR digital reports he has headed to the garage.<\/p>\n

Stage two ends with ‘LittleJoe’ (19) still at the front 2.852 seconds ahead of second place Alex Bowman (17).<\/p>\n

Caution on lap 45 of 82 for Max McLaughlin (96) spinning and smashing the wall. Big damage to the left side of the car which is sitting partially across the track. When he hit the wall the back end of the car went up into the air.<\/p>\n

Riley Herbst says the track bar mount is broken.<\/p>\n

Restarting on lap 50 of 82 with Kyle Weatherman (4) and Austin Hill (21) on the front row. Weatherman stayed on track during the pit sequence.<\/p>\n

Gibbs (19) takes them three-wide in turn one and passes both Weatherman and Hill.<\/p>\n

Green flag pit stops underway on lap 54 of 82.<\/p>\n

This event is not a race as Ty Gibbs (19) simply drives away from the field. He has a car beyond the capabilities of anyone else on the track. Boring.<\/p>\n

On lap 62 of 81 Alex Bowman (17) and Cole Custer (00) spin. They make contact in the turn when Custer didn’t lift and spin simultaneously. They were in third and fourth at the time of the spin. Both lose positions.<\/p>\n

Custer is now spinning in the grass on lap 64 of 82. He eventually gets it going in the correct direction<\/p>\n

Gibbs is 16.118 seconds ahead of second position on lap 72 of 82. He makes a green flag pit stop for fuel.<\/p>\n

On lap 74 of 82 Daniel Hemric (11) spends an extended time on pit road.<\/p>\n

Caution on lap 75 of 82 for Parker Retzlaff (31) stuck in the gravel.<\/p>\n

Hemric is back on pit road under caution on lap 76 of 82. The tea is looking at the right side and at the rear. The team is pushing the car back to the garage.<\/p>\n

Inherited leader Sam Mayer (1), his teammate Justin Allgaier (7), Ty Gibbs (19), Kyle Busch (10) and Austin Hill (21) stay out.<\/p>\n

Hemric (11) heads back to the track, from the garage, as the field heads to the green flag.<\/p>\n

MRN reports Kyle Busch (10) does not have third gear.<\/p>\n

Restarting on lap 78 of 82 with Sam Mayer (1) and Justin Allgaier (7) on front row.<\/p>\n

Gibbs takes them three wide again. Mayer takes him to the wall attempting to block.<\/p>\n

Mayer (1) hits the wall in the turn with help from Gibbs (19).<\/p>\n

Allgaier (7) gets turned by Cole Custer (00).<\/p>\n

Brandon Jones (9) goes around. Bowman (17) gets collected.<\/p>\n

Caution on lap 78 of 82 for the spinning cars.<\/p>\n

So they finally decided to race with four laps to go. What a waste of time.<\/p>\n

Allgaier (7) spins with help from Custer (00), Bowman (17) spins after someone gets into his rear while he s attempting to avoid Allgaier. Allgaier’s teammate Brandon Jones (9) spins into Allgaier who was sitting sideways across the track at that point. The 26 of Kaz Grala has a crumpled hood.<\/p>\n

Overtime.<\/p>\n

John Hunter ‘JHN’ Nemechek’s (10) driver’s side door is peeled back. He pits for repairs. Brandon Jones (9) also pits.<\/p>\n

Restarting in overtime with Ty Gibbs (19) and Austin (21) on the front row. MRN is questioning if Sam Mayer (1) has enough fuel to make it. He will restart on the second row alongside Cole Custer (00).<\/p>\n

Sheldon Creed (2) who takes the lead.<\/p>\n

Mayer (1) has a tire rub.<\/p>\n

Josh Berry (8) spins from third.<\/p>\n

Mayer (1) takes the lead from Sheldon when Creed (2) goes wide in a turn.<\/p>\n

Sammy Smith (18) spins.<\/p>\n

Mayer takes the white flag.<\/p>\n

Sam Mayer (1) holds off Sheldon Creed for the win 0.909 seconds ahead of Sheldon Creed (2).<\/p>\n

        Multiple drivers mention there was oil on the track on the final laps causing those spin outs.<\/p>\n

        On television Ty Gibbs said Mayer wheel hopped and cleaned him out. He’s repeatedly saying it sucks when you have to race desperate like that. The crowd is booing Gibbs as he whines. He is throwing haterade a plenty mentioning that they started together and have been racing each other for years and Mayer has more starts and it’s his second win and Gibbs said he wishes he would’ve been able to get his thirteenth win.<\/p>\n

        On the radio Gibbs said, “I’m racing on Sundays and he’s still racing on Saturdays and I have a championship so I don’t know how much of a conversation I can have with him.<\/p>\n

        Mayer says he has the right to apologize. He said, “you don’t want to win like that”. He also said he will have a conversation with him (Gibbs) if he wants to.<\/p>\n

        Sheldon Creed (2) says he is pissed off because he gave it away due to the oil on the track. He said he was afraid he was going to spin out by himself.<\/p>\n

        Connor Mosack (24) finished fifth. He said he didn’t think they deserved to finish fifth, but they’ve not finished fifth when they’ve had a top five car, so he’ll take it. He says his crew deserves a good finish.<\/p>\n

        The final four laps of that were the only laps worth watching. They were entertaining. The final two laps were exciting and contained actual racing.<\/p>\n

        Todd Gordon on MRN says he doesn’t think we’ll see as many cautions tomorrow. We may see some emotions at the end of it; maybe some cautions at the end.<\/p>\n
