On lap 39 of 79 the leader is 5.856 seconds ahead of second position.<\/p>\n

So far he has led 34 of the 40 laps run so far in the event.<\/p>\n

On lap 44 of 79 the leader is now 9.269 seconds ahead.<\/p>\n

Kyle Larson (17) wins stage two 9.858 seconds ahead of second place.<\/p>\n

“We could use somebody with a lack of car control out there to make this thing interesting”, Mark Garrow, PRN on lap 58 of 79.<\/p>\n

Caution on lap 60 of 79 for a spin by Jeffrey Earnhardt (45). Larson was leading by 13.499 seconds when the caution flag came out.<\/p>\n

Aric ‘Afterburner’ Almirola (28) wins the event by about two seconds.<\/p>\n

That was the worst excuse for a race I’ve seen in a while. Kyle Larson drove around at the front for most of the event, far ahead of the field. Almirola got out front and stayed there. It totally seemed to be a race where whomever got the lead on the restart would win. It was the first Xfinity series race in Sonoma according to the PRN crew. It was seemingly overrun by Cup drivers. I hope it will be the last Xfinity series race in Sonoma unless they can manage to have some racing. That was a waste of time and a horrible way for the Xfinity series to premier at Sonoma – an event in which the Xfinity series regulars played little part. They occasionally brought out the caution. This is the series Almirola should have been competing in the past decade or so instead of the Cup series.<\/p>\n
