The rain continues in Portland. Rain cancelled the final round of qualifying leaving Anthony Alfredo () on the pole. 38 cars will take the green flag. The stages are 25-25-25.<\/p>\n

Boring, boring, boring, boring, boring event.<\/p>\n

The leader is 11.367 seconds ahead of second position on lap 39 of 75.<\/p>\n

It’s rainy. The drivers say they have no visibility. There’s no racing action on-track. There’s lots of spinning throughout the field.<\/p>\n

Jesse Iwuji (34) ran into the back of leader Ty Gibbs (54) under caution and spun Ty out. Jessie is 3 laps down. Ty was allowed to resume his position behind the pace car.<\/p>\n

AJ Allmendinger (16) wins a messy race 2.879 seconds ahead of second position.<\/p>\n

The last stage was okay, messy, but okay. The intensity was good. The excitement was low. The competition was so-so. If I would’ve missed it, I wouldn’t have missed it.<\/p>\n
