NBC have several distant shots of the incident, a shot of the car spinning in slow motion, and a fish-eye lens shot of the car spinning. Their video coverage is awful. I know no more about the incident than I did seeing the stopped, smoking car with the crumpled front end.<\/p>\n

Cole Custer is on MRN and says the Dylan Lupton (26) hit the wall and Jade Buford (48) had nowhere to go.<\/p>\n

Caution on lap 97 of 200 as Daniel Hemric (18) drifts up in front of Noah Gragson (9) who gets into Hemric’s left rear sending Hemric around in front of the field. Gragson got tagged in the right front. Myatt Snider (2) tapped the spinning Hemric, but didn’t seem to sustain damage.<\/p>\n

Caution on lap 178 of 200 for a crash involving Harrison Burton (20) and Noah Gragson (9). Gragson’s teammate Sam Mayer (8) got into the back of Harrison Burton (20) who turned into the wall in front of Noah Gragson (9).<\/p>\n

The race was busy with occasional crashes, but did not include much relevant racing for the lead. In the end it was pretty humdrum. I also realized the event would’ve been more interesting to me if I had positive feelings for most of the field. Generally I care if a handful of drivers in the field win. Since they’re fielding a full field frequently, that’s a really small percentage. Since most of those guys don’t have all the advantages money can buy I generally don’t have much interest in the outcome of the majority of races in the series. As a result the racing needs to be stunning. It isn’t. Those guys, overall, don’t have the skills. Some of the drivers with the skills, don’t have the financing. That combination creates a mediocre race.<\/p>\n
