So, it’s Labor Day weekend – it’s Race Weekend – The Decatur Book Festival is going on – I’ve not managed to make that yet – The Black Gay Pride Festival is going on – I have not interest in that – DragonCon is going on – I had enough of that yesterday at work – but I’m watching the action from the track while relaxing on my sofa with my feet up and a nap in my future. Three races this weekend and Kyle Busch won 0!!! Not a bad weekend – oh yeah, JIMMIE WON the Sprint Cup race and even led the most laps. A first time winner, Brian Scott, won the truck race when Kyle Busch had tire trouble and Brad Keselowski won when Joey Logano got into the back of Kyle when he had tire trouble in the Nationwide race. Yep! Spring Charlotte Monday. Yesterday it started raining at the track right about 6 p.m. and everybody said it would be a quick shower and then we’d get on with the race.
