NASCAR Sprint Cup Michael Waltrip Racing Penalties Post Richmond Race

Clint Bowyer spun out after some weird radio chatter resulting in a restart which changed the complexion of the race. Martin Truex Jr. got into the Chase in a tiebreaker at the end of the event.
