2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Sprint Unlimited Practice Saturday
I just had the most wonderful experience. FOX Sports 1 began showing the Sprint Cup practice this morning (Saturday) with the audio from the track and WITHOUT the microphones of Chris Myers and Michael Waltrip. It was a blissful minute or two, but sadly did not last. Before they went to commercial a minute or two later the microphones kicked in. Sigh. 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Season Wrap
After 13 seasons in the series, Matt Crafton won the 2013 Camping World Truck Series Championship when he fired his engine in Homestead.
Matt won races and finished in the top five seven times and in the top ten 19 times. Getting caught up in a late race crash, and some hard racing kept his owners at Thor Sport Racing from also taking home the Owner’s Championship which was claimed by Kyle Busch Motorsports when Kyle won the final race of the season. 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Race Thirty-Six Homestead
NASCAR Programming is on the air from the final races in Homestead, Florida. Clouds blanket the sky. There’s a 30 percent chance of rain this afternoon and a 50 percent chance tonight. Certainly not the weather one imagines when one thinks of Florida. A full schedule of NASCAR action today as the three national touring series will all qualify or practice today and the trucks will race tonight.
