On lap 14 of 67 Harrison Burton (25) has slowly driven into an area off-track.

Caution on lap 14 of 67 for Burton as the wrecker pulls in front of his car. He drove to an area with an opening, but a NASCAR official standing in the area wouldn’t let him get completely away from the track behind the wall. PRN reports Burton lost power.

Restarting on lap 17 of 67 with Nick Sanchez (48), Matt DiBenedetto (99), Jeb Burton (27), Parker Retzlaff (4) who stayed out up front followed by Connor Zilisch (88) and Allgaier (7) who pitted.

PRN reports Taylor Gray (54), Nick Sanchez (48), Austin Hill (21), and Harrison Burton (25) will not advance in the playoffs. They then report that the score changed and there’s a tie between Sammy Smith (8) and Taylor Gray (54) for the final position in the next round, so they’re waiting to see how the tie-break goes. Television is also being shown Carson Kvapil (1) on the television coverage in regard to the finishing positions and playoff standings.

CW Television shows the tie-breaker is decided based on the best finish in this round.

CW says the tie-breaker goes to Sammy Smith. Initially they’re saying Taylor Gray finished 12th, but if Gray finished 11th then Taylor Gray is in the playoffs. NASCAR has everything on hold verifying the finishing position.

Carson Kvapil (1) finishes 14th.

Time of caution 19:19:21.

Gray passed Jesse Love after the caution light came on, so instead of finishing 12th, he will finish 13th.

It is official – at 1935 eastern – NASCAR has taken a position from Taylor Gray (54) so Sammy Smith (8) will move on to the next round of the playoffs, officially finishing the round one point above the cut line.
