2025 NASCAR Xfinity Series Race Four Phoenix

Cars in field: 38
Pole: Alex Bowman (17)
Outside Pole: Sheldon Creed (00)
Stages: 45-45-110
Weather: Mostly sunny, 64°F, Feels like (sun) 73°, Feels like (shade) 65°, Wind WNW 2 mph, Wind Gusts 5 mph

Alex Bowman (17) wins stage one.

Caution on lap 56 of 200 for Anthony Alfredo (42) coming to a stop on pit lane due to an axle issue.

Justin Allgaier (7) wins stage two.

Caution on lap 147 of 200 for debris from Dawson Kram (74) hitting the wall after contact with Sammy Smith (8).

Justin Allgaier (7) and Alex Bowman (17) win the race off pit road.

Justin Allgaier gets the early lead on the restart on lap 154 of 200.

On lap 192 of 200 Carson Kvapil (1) makes it to pit road with a broken brake rotor without bringing out the caution.

Caution on lap 196 of 200 for Nick Leitz (07) spinning into the outside wall.

Restarting in overtime with Justin Allgaier (7), Aric Almirola (19), Alex Bowman (17), Brandon Jones (20), Taylor Gray (54), Jesse Love (2), Ryan Sieg (39), William Sawalich (18), Nick Sanchez (48), Sam Mayer (41) up front.

Allgaier takes Almirola to the wall and Alex Bowman passes both of them for the lead.

Alex Bowman (17) takes the white flag.

The CW went to commercial break as soon as Bowman took the white flag.

Aric Almirola (19) finishes first. MRN reported Almirola bashed fenders with Bowman who finished second smoking. Almirola finished ahead by 0.045 seconds.

The CW went to an NBA basketball game when the commercial break was finished, so we did not see the final lap.

I listened to some of the first two stages on the radio broadcast. We tuned in to the television broadcast on lap 152 of 200. Since the CW cut off the race before the end, it was just okay at best. Cutting off the race broadcast when the leader takes the white flag is a major issue. The CW has frequently started race coverage late due to other sports running long. I hope NASCAR makes sure this is the first and only time they cut off the race broadcast for another sport.
