Drivers are suffering from the heat. Several drivers, including Riley Herbst (98) and Noah Gragson (30), complained of malfunctioning cool suits. When the cool suits fail the water that should circulate cooling the air blowing on the driver, instead sits and warm, moist air is blown on the driver. Jesse Love’s window net was stuck closed and he couldn’t get out of the car. Once they resolved the window net issue, EMTs checked him out. One of the PRN reporters said multiple drivers were laid out near their cars.
Boring. It never held my interest. I would look up, see nothing interesting, look away and forget I’d been watching it.
