2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series Race Two Atlanta

Cars in the field: 38
Pole: Jesse Love (2)
Outside pole: Austin Hill (21)
Stages: 40-40-83

Unfortunately Ross Chastain is in the PRN booth today for the broadcast. We’re going to try to listen to the TV audio unless Jamie Little is fouling the airwaves for the Xfinity series event.

The television broadcast is okay to listen to with Adam Alexander, and Cup drivers Joey Logano, and Brad Keselowski in the booth.

On lap 158, Adam Alexander said Jesse Love has led 148 laps. Not exactly what I would call a race.

The booth crew are concerned about fuel mileage.

On lap 159 of 163 teammates Cole Custer (00) and Riley Herbst (98) are out of the fuel.

Caution for Ryan Sieg (39) stopped on the apron on lap 160 of 163.

Hailie Deegan (15) is also out of fuel.

Keselowski said all of the Fords ran out of fuel on the same lap on turn four. The entrance to pit road is in turn three, so from turn four they have to make a lap to get back pit road entrance.

Restarting in overtime (167 of 169) with the front of the field low on fuel.

On the caution lap heading to the green flag Justin Allgaier (7) runs out of fuel.

After the green flag, AJ Allmendinger (16) out of fuel, Parker Kligerman (48) out of fuel, leader Jesse Love (2) out of fuel on the restart.

White flag.

Austin Hill (21) finishes first.

That was boring.

Now it’s time to get caught up on the latest racing news.
