Joey Logano – who was leading – tried to block Elliott Sadler – who was pushing him – and sent him below the yellow line and lost it in front of Elliott Sadler then hitting the wall. Brennan Poole wins with Justin Allgaier finishing second.
Blake Koch got a piece of that wreck when Joey hit the wall in front of him and he had nowhere to go.
Jeremy Clements finishes third.
NASCAR is still reviewing the finish to verify the winner.
There’s a possibility that the caution was out and Elliott Sadler was leading at the time of caution.
Elliott Sadler is the race winner!!! He was leading when the caution came out though he was below the yellow line, but he’d been knocked down there by ole Squinty-Douchey. Happy 41st Birthday Elliott Sadler!!!!
I am so thrilled for Elliott. He deserved it.
At least Logano admitted he was late to the block of Elliott. He’s not exactly acknowledging responsibility, too busy whining about the hit, but he came closer to accepting responsibility. It was a hard lick into the SAFER barrier.
Brendan Gaughan finishes fifth. Justin Allgaier finishes second. Brennan finishes third. Jeremy Clements finishes fourth.
