So far the race has been relatively slow and steady – a whole lot of riding around and not a lot of interest. Jimmie is finally (with 150+ laps to go) heading toward the front after starting 8th and dropping to 26th.
The last couple of days I’ve been really happy and really feeling good. I went to Ahoova yesterday. She suggested that we do something else because she says my face looks good, which is a relief. So in two weeks we’re going to do the bikini line – if I don’t chicken out first.
The weather was magnificent yesterday and I was doing some running around until my car started balking. Then I came in a watched the Nationwide race and some youtube natural hair videos. I just did my taxes and while I’m getting money back from federal, I owe state taxes. That makes me mad. I hate paying state taxes! So, I’ll probably update this once the race is over.
The race is over and Big Daddy WON!!! After 17 tries at this track he won for the first time!!! Jimmie finished second. Big Daddy asked, “Where did HE come from?”
